She is the most popular face of Philippine cosplay, but for Alodia Gosiengfiao, this is not enough.
Alodia is going to try acting in the movie of Eugene Domingo “Kimmy Dora and The Temple of Kyeme.”
Alodio will try acting for a change.
This beautiful lady will work together with Miriam Quiambao and hunk Dingdong Dantes. She will be playing the role of a Korean girl in her first movie project.
In an interview with her posted by Yahoo! Philippines OMG! she said:
“I can say this would mark my first one. It felt amazing to see such talented people come together to produce this. I’m just very glad and honored to be part of it.”
She also added that she is thrilled to work with Eugene Domingo and their director, Ms. Joyce Bernal.
She further shared,
“They are really funny and friendly and not to mention really talented in their respective fields. Ate Uge (Eugene) didn’t exactly give me tips but watching her work was more than enough. She acts so naturally in front of the camera.”
So what kind of preparation had she done for this project?
“I thought of the Korean dramas I’ve watched in the past and tried to put myself in those kinds of settings. I also practiced a bit of Korean, hopefully to get the pronunciations right when I deliver the lines.”
Let us see how Alodia will perform in her movie debut.
