And so with the promise of instant fame and fortune, thousands of people audition to be contestents of the reality televevision game show Duets.  In Duets, an average person gets to sing a duet with the celebrity superstar that they are huge fans for.  The judges (Who are also duet singing partners) are Robin Thicke, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Nettles and hosted by Quddus.

Gentle Reader, I'm not trying to confuse you.  But, Duets is also a film staring film actress Gwyneth Paltrow and rock star Huey Lewis (Without the News). 

The theatrical motion picture Duets was directed by Gwyneth Paltrow's legendary film director father Bruce Paltrow. Gwyneth Paltrow is also the biologic daughter of legendary film actress Blythe Danner.  Being a second generation Hollywood royalty has been a huge asset to Gwyneth Paltrow.
