The former yaya has become a labandero.
Big Brother has given Sam another chance to fulfill his good deed after failing his first sacrifice of acting as the nanny of two-preschool kids. This time, the Fil-Am boy has been tasked to do the laundry of his housemates, making him the official labandero of the house.
Sam the Labandero
For his new sacrifice, Sam has to launder all the dirty clothes of the housemates for three days. He started his laundry work last night.
When Big Brother informed him of his new sacrifice, Sam seemed unhappy since he’s really not fond of laundering even his own clothes. Just this week, Uma got pissed with Sam because the Fil-Am boy didn’t wash the underwear that he borrowed from Uma, leaving some unpleasant stains on the brief. The Half-Israeli, Half Filipino housemates even had to use boiling water just to remove the stain.
First day at work
In his first day as the official labandero of the house, Sam was not able to finish all the laundry since he was not feeling well. (NOT AGAIN?!) Sam also confessed to Kuya that he had difficulty performing his job last night. “Of course siyempre its matagal. I don’t think I’ll be able to get all them done tonight, so I think I have to a lot of them tomorrow,” Sam said.
He also disclosed that he never tried hand-wasing his clothes while he was still living in the US. “No, I did (wash my clothes) pero (using) washer and dryer. You just put some detergent in the wash, you put your clothes in it, put it in the dryer and you fold it, yun lang, pero (kuskos-laba) hindi,” Sam explained.
A not-so-good nanny (“lagi naman eh”)
A few weeks ago, Sam tried to become the nanny of two-preschool kids for two days but he failed in this sacrifice since the two kids, Din-Din and LM, refused to follow almost all of his instructions. He was not able to complete all the tasks that Big Brother assigned to him for the nanny job.
If Sam succeeds in his second attempt to fulfill his good deed, Big Brother will donate clothing items to Sam’s relative in Surigao on his behalf.
