“I-Lock mo ang bunganga ko!”
Uma posted this challenge to Big Brother last Thursday when he got furious over the domino task. Yesterday, Big Brother accepted Uma’s challenge. He sealed Uma’s mouth with a masking tape to reprimand him for cursing and being very disrespectful.
Big Brother didn’t like the way how Uma reacted to the additional work that he assigned to him for the domino task. The half-Filipino, half-Israeli housemate called him a “siraulo” and cursed several times as he vented out his frustration. This prompted Big Brother to seal Uma's mouth for one hour yesterday as his punishment.
Sealed with a Tape
Before he agreed to tape his mouth, Uma who is known for being straightforward and very mataray, argued first with Big Brother. “Yung sinabi kong siraulo kayo, you know me very very well. And you know that I didn’t mean to hurt you when I said that. When I said siraulo, hindi yan mura, alam mo yan. Yung sabihin mo siraulo sa English is crazy at hindi yan mura.” But Big Brother refused to listen to Uma’s lame explanation. “Depende sa intention at depende sa pagsasabi. Sa paraan at pagsasabi mo noon, galit ka at masama ang loob mo. At hindi ka masaya nang sinabi mong siraulo ako kaya alam kong hindi pabiro yun at yun ay disrespect. Hindi ko ito maaaring pahintulutan lalo na kung makakasama lalo na sa mata ng mga nanonood.” he asserted.
Uma had no choice but to follow Kuya's instruction, which got him very frustrated. Feeling ashamed of his punishment, Uma even tried to cover his mouth with a shirt but Big Brother told him to stop hiding his sealed mouth from the cameras.
After sealing his mouth for an hour, Big Brother summoned Uma back to the confession room to end his punishment and finally let him open the canister containing a letter from his sister Rose. But he also gave Uma another task, which required Uma to say “Bless you” every time he had to speak to the housemates.
Just like his first punishment, Uma didn’t enjoy his “Bless you” task. “Feeling ko talaga para akong pari, hindi talaga ako yan,” Uma told his housemates.
Another Incident
Before his mouth was sealed yesterday afternoon, another incident happened where Uma bad mouthed Cass which resulted to another LQ. Jason and Cass were talking about Jonathan’s wealth (Cass ex-boyfriend) when Uma interrupted their conversation and accused Cass of being a gold digger. He even said “Gago ka!” during their word war. Later on, the supposed lovers had a heart to heart talk where they finally revealed their feelings for one another.
