Wow! 5 out of 7 housemates are nominated for eviction this week!
Come eviction night on Saturday, only Uma and Nene can sit back and relax as their five other housemates have all been nominated for eviction. Jason, Cass, Jenny, Franzen and Say will face a restless week ahead as they are all in danger of following Sam and the rest of their evicted housemates over the weekend.
Three of the five nominees - Jason, Cass and Franzen- are already veterans of sort as this is already their third time to be nominated while the other two- Jenny and Say- are facing their first nomination.
Automatic Nomination from Big Brother
Franzen got his second automatic nomination from Big Brother for his rampant violation of house rules last week including writing a secret letter to his best friend Jason who was then nominated for eviction.
Franzen was nominated by his housemates during the first nomination but the overwhelming support of the televiewers via text votes saved him from eviction. He earned his first automatic nomination from Big Brother during the fourth nomination for numerous violations of house rules. He again survived eviction by emerging as the majority’s main man as he garnered 36% of the total votes- which was truly impressive for a five-cornered fight (among him, Cass, Jason, Sam and Chx).
Cass: 5 of 6 Housemates Want Her Evicted!
Cass got the most number of nomination points with 9 out of the 12 highest possible points. Five out of her remaining six housemates voted out Cass with only her best friend Uma sparing her his vote. Franzen, Jason, Nene and Say chose Cass as their top nominee for eviction by giving her 2 points each while Jenny gave her 1 point.
The girl housemates faulted Cass for her behavior as their reasons for voting her out this time around. Nene said that the Davaoena has been getting pretty moody lately. Jenny pointed out that Cass is becoming very sensitive while Say explained that Cass earned her vote because she always insisted on being right all the time and abhorred being corrected.
Best friends Jason and Franzen meanwhile gave similar reasons for wanting Cass to be evicted: for strategic grounds that Cass is a threat to their chances and that they feel great opportunities await Cass outside Kuya’s house, anyway.
Cass triumphed in her face-off with then perennial survivor Racquel in the 3rd Eviction Night and survived the 4th Eviction, where she was nominated with four others, by emerging as a strong second to Franzen in the tally of viewers’ votes. She got a reprieve during the 5th Nomination as Sam and Jason fought it out for survival.
Third Consecutive Nomination for Jason
Jason was first nominated during the 4th Nomination where he came out third (next to Franzen and Cass) in the poll results. He was again nominated for eviction on the succeeding 5th Nomination and was again saved by the viewers from eviction just last Saturday at the expense of Sam.
Jason, on his third consecutive nomination this time, tied with Jenny and Say with 3 nomination points each. Jason got the votes from best friends Uma and Cass who gave him 2 points and 1 point respectively and interestingly giving the same reason as well. Both Uma and Cass said they want Jason nominated so that he can provide company and comfort to his distraught nominated best friend, Franzen.
Jenny and Say: First Time Nominees
Say tasted her first nomination for eviction as she earned her three nomination points from Jenny and Jason. Jenny chose the kikay girl as her top nominee because she felt that Say would be happier outside Kuya’s house when she gets reunited with boyfriend JB. Jason, who incidentally got Say’s top votes the last two nominations, voted Say for one point giving the same reason he gave for Cass- that Say will have a good opportunity to showcase her talents outside.
Jenny got her nomination from the votes cast by Cass and Say. Cass originally declared she’s giving 2 nomination points to Nene but quickly amended and gave it instead to Jenny. Cass said that while Jenny is one of her closest friends in the house, she wants Jenny to be with her son already. Say on the other hand resented the fact that Jenny has already seen the outside world (when she went on a voluntary exit to see her then dying father) and thought it unfair for her to come back.
