Francis Libiran, who was tapped to do a collection for an ANTM episode made 4 gowns specifically for the shoot and Anne Curtis was picked by the Pinoy designer as a model because according to him, Anne "represents a perfect Filipina."

Anne, meanwhile was very happy doing the shoot for Libiran as the designer has done most of her gowns when she was just starting in the business.

“I’d do anything for him. Back then when I was just starting in the industry, he made all the beautiful dresses that I wore in special events in my life,” said Anne.

Famed Filipino photographer, Mark Nicdao did the glamour shots of Anne wearing flambouyant gowns. This will be the first time that the works of a Pinoy photographer will be exhibited inANTM, according to America's Next Top Model producer, fellow Filipino Michael Carandang.

Carandang was also all praises for the talent of Filipino designers. In fact, prior to Francis Libiran, Filipino designers Michael Cinco and Oliver Tolentino have penetrated ANTM after their creations were featured in a number of episodes of the show last year.

Even host Tyra Banks had already wore Francis Libiran's work. Tyra was among those Best-Dressed during the annual Blossom Ball in New York wearing the gown made by Libiran.
