‘Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo’ Ranks as Philippines' Top 10 TV Program

ABS-CBN’s afternoon ‘OFW-serye’ “Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo” continues winning streak in national TV ratings.

“Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo” continues to reign in its timeslot and even levels up its success as it recently ranked 10 in the country’s Top 20 overall TV programs. Based on Kantar Media’s data last Tuesday, June 19, the teleserye topbilled by Shaina Magdayao, Bangs Garcia, and Jake Cuenca got 13.7% national TV ratings compared to its rival program in GMA, “Kasalanan Bang Ibigin Ka?” which only got 11.1%.

With the show’s fierce plot, hot love scenes, and the characters’ powerful lines, afternoon TV viewers cannot help but follow the exciting twists in the love triangle of Sarah (Shaina), Mia (Bangs), and Paul (Jake). Now that Mia is bearing Paul’s child, how will Sarah stick to her promise of fighting for their marriage? Will Paul once again break Sarah’s heart for her mistress?

Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo is set to premiere in ABS-CBN‘s Kapamilya Gold this April 16, 2012. Starring Jake Cuenca, Shaina Magdayao and Bangs Garcia. Playing the role of childhood friends who got separated before Jake was able to tell Shaina (Sarah) that he loved her. Years later, the two met but unfortunately Jake (Paul) has already a girlfriend played by Bangs Garcia.
