Another sex video of the couple has surfaced again in the internet. Earlier this month, a video has been released showing the couple doing it in the bathroom. In this second video, the couple were shown doing it on bed.
UPDATE: Pinoypundit has decided to delete the video.
In a recent interview with Janelle Manahan, the girlfriend of murdered actor Ramgen Revilla, she answered a lot of questions about the sex video scandal and more.
She revealed that the video that circulated on the social media was taken in 2007 and as far as she knows the files were then deleted in 2009 in the height of Hayden-Katrina video scandal.
“Unfortunate lang na may nakakuha, nakakita ng file at naglabas. Binura po namin yan. After noong tintry niya (ni Ramgen) na i-save ang file, alam naman namin na matagal ang magiging relasyon ‘yon. Parang ipa-file lang kasi wala naman kaming masamang ginagawa. Ayaw ko namang maging hipokrito na hindi namin ginagawa yon, pero noong may lumabas na scandal ng artista noong 2009 ay nag-decide kaming i-delete yon sa laptops at may napaglipatan din kasing blank CDs so sinira namin yon (ni Ramgen) together. So pagkakaalam ko wala na talaga (yung file).”
She also revealed that more videos were made :
“Siguro po less than 10 yung videos. Nandoon po sa laptop.”
The laptop in question is in the hands of Ramge’s mother Genelyn Magsaysay and she denied uploading the video since it ia password protected.
Here is Janelle’s appeal to the public:
“Sana huwag na nilang panoorin. Tigilan na nila ang pagshi-share kasi wala naman silang makukuha kung panonoorin nila yon. Respeto na lang sa akin na babae at saka kay Ramgen kasi wala na siya, patay na siya.”

In the said interview, Janelle Manahan revealed that she and her legal counsel Argee Guevarra asked for the help of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group’s (CIDG) Anti-Transnational and Cyber Crime Division in Camp Crame to investigate his late boyfriend’s siblings (and mother) as they are the most-likely suspects for the upload of the private video on the internet.
“Walang may kakayahan na makakuha ng ganoong file kundi ang mga kapatid ni Ramgen,” she said.
The persons to be investigated are Gail Bautista, Ramona Bautista, Ramlynn Bautista, and Reuben Jesse Bautista, as well as their mother, Genelyn Magsaysay, who lately admitted on news reports that they are in possession of Ramgen’s laptop computer which is believed to be the source of the private video.
If proven guilty, Ramgen’s mother and siblings will be liable for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
It’s interesting to note that prior to the leakage of the video sometime on December 30, 2011, Janelle Manahan was purportedly warned through a Facebook message by Reuben Bautista that if she will continue to testify against the Revilla siblings regarding the murder of Ramgen, a sex video will be circulated on the internet.
