Jessica Sanchez sang “My All” by Mariah Carey for her first song on the American Idol 11 Top 3. This was the judges’ pick. Jessica got a standing ovation from Steven Tyler himself (FYI: He originally sang it!) Jessica is also wearing a purple gown made for her by the famous international Filipino designer, Oliver Tolentino.
JUDGING
Randy thought it was absolutely beautiful. He called it one of the best times a Mariah song has ever been covered.
Steven said she was the winner. He says “When you sing, you make people hang on your every note. I hope you get used to encores.”
