A call center agent who should be respectable and efficient to his customer came out to be a disgrace to the industry.
Shan Cruz Rivera, a Filipino call center base in the Philippines disrespectfully entertains customer asking dumb questions whom he called 'security questions'.
He uploaded this video talking to a customer through his Facebook.
Apparently, the guy wanted to be famous. He writes on his fan page, which he created himself:
“I want to be the most famous call center agent in the world. I'm proud of my videos!”
Seriously dude, you don’t wanna be famous for the wrong reasons, for being such a douche bag.
He also posted this yesterday on his “fan” page.
“MY PRE-CHRISTMAS MESSAGE FOR ALL: i shall face the consequences of these "lousy", "cheap", "papansin", "katangahan", "kabobohan" and [place-your-derogatory-term-of-choice-here] actions. i am after all an adult. and i hope that you people will also do the same---be responsible for the consequences of the choices you make, big or small. Merry Christmas everyone!”
I hope he decides on more “adult” choices before doing anything this stupid in the future.
As of the day of this posting, Shan has deleted his personal Facebook account, as many furious bloggers have directly linked their post to his account. His “Fan” page can be found here.
