The Top Five (L-R): Miss Switzerland, Miss Paraguay, Miss Japan, Miss U.S.A and Miss Puerto Rico. Miss USA's gown was designed by Kanye Gillaspie of Project Runway Season 3.
Well, i guess it paid off... She didn't make it to the top 20, but still she made us all proud for being Miss Photogenic. Miss Philippines, Lia Andrea Ramos, got the highest number of votes through NBC's website, which gave her the said title.
