VIDEO: Miley Cyrus Celebrates Her Birthday With A Bong!

A video has emerged (possibly leaked, allegedly stolen) of kid-friendly Disney teen Miley Cyrus taking a bong hit and subsequently having what she described as "a little bit of a bad trip."

The video, obtained by TMZ, was reportedly taken on Nov. 28, just five days after Miley's 18th birthday, on a friend's cell phone.

But the most shocking part of the video… …Is that Miley hasn't done anything illegal. Reputation-damaging, sure. But (allegedly) nothing illegal.

That's because the substance Cyrus and her friends are inhaling (and how) is reportedly salvia, a psychoactive plant that causes trippy behavior, but which is—and this is the most important part—totally legal to have, smoke, or do whatever you want with in the state of California. Which is where Cyrus was believed to be at the time of the bong bash.

Miley's camp has no comment on the incident, and a source close to the star told E! News of the video, "I think it speaks for itself."

WHAT HAPPENED IN CLEVELAND, OHIO WHEN THE SNOW STOPPED FALLING

It started to snow late Sunday afternoon on December 5, 2010. It kept snowing almost nearly non-stop until early Tuesday evening on December 7, 2010. The snow fell lightly today, but it appeared to have stopped. It's still freezing outside and the snow isn't likely to melt anytime soon. The lake Erie effect makes that certain. Once again, it's a fun relaxing winter in Cleveland, Ohio.

SO BEGINS THE TWENTY-FIRST MONTH OF MY RESIDENCE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO

i'm drinking Raspberry truffle mocha in the cappucino cafe portion of Buehler's Supermarket. I'm typing this in the computer lab with two computers also in the cappucino cafe portion of Buhler's. After going for the entire month of November without snow, winter finally arrived today. There's nothing much going on besides watching the snow fall. I'm slowly doing my Christmas shopping. That's the biggest. It's a challenge to Christmas shop while remaining on budget. However, I'm pulling it off. Yes, I still ride a bicycle to work everyday---Even in the snow. I can't afford a car right now, so I use bicycles instead.
