“Nagkandahalo halo na kasi sa isip ko… Gusto ko po sana magtagal.. Hindi po ko makapag-isip ng maayos. Wala na po ko sa sarili ko.”,came Aldred’s explanation to Big Brother on why he wanted to voluntarily leave the house. “Pinipilit ko pong makisama. Di ko kaya. Dami po ko iniiisip. Alam ko wala ako sa sarili ko.. Ito po ang pinakamabuti sa akin, sa kanila, sa lahat. Na-tense po talaga ako dito. Hindi ko na po kaya. Nami-miss ko na pamilya ko. Gusto ko na po sila makausap.”
Big Brother:
“Nalulungkot man ako, pagbibigyan kita sa iyong desisyon. Naging bahagi ka ng aking bahay sa maikling panahon, nais kong sabihin say o na mahalaga ka sa akin at alam ko rin na kahit maikli lang ang nilagi mo sa bahay, naging mahalaga ka rin sa kanila, trinato ka nila bilang higit pa sa kapatid kung di bilang isang kapamilya. Nais kong malaman mo na mahalaga ka sa akin”
Despite staying for only a week, the Kilabot na Valedictorian ng Pasay already made a very good impression among his fellow teen housemates. Fred, Bam and Gerald admired his quiet ways, his determination to help his family and his resoluteness. Mikki, the Orig na Astig from Davao and the Teenstar Wannabe Olyn seemed most affected as the two girls were the closest to Aldred. Aldred even changed Mikki’s perception on men and even said that “ngayon lang ako naka-meet ng guy na mabait. Napaka-sweet nya”. Olyn cited Aldred as a responsible young man. It can also be observed that the boys became more emotional than the girls with Fred, Bam and Gerald shedding buckets of tears while the girls appeared calm. Obviously, the teen housemates are going to sorely miss their favorite chef around the house.
Before leaving the house, Aldred even prepared a special meal for his fellow housemates. He even shaped the barbecue sticks into letters that spelled M-I-S-U which seemed to say that he will miss all of them when he leaves. He even placed flowers in their plates and cooked their lunch for today extra special. Wonder how the teen housemates will fare now that Aldred, the only one who can competently cook around the house, has already left them?

I didn’t expect that Fred and Gerald will be that affected upon hearing that Aldred will voluntarilty leave the house. The two things that they’ll always remember is that he’s a good listener and he has this determination to help his family.
