Kim Kardashian is taking over the fashion world, posing in the July-August issue of L’Uomo Vogue. This marks her first-ever Vogue cover.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star goes high-fashion in the magazine, which is Vogue‘s Italian edition for men. In it, Kardashian uses her fame as a storyline, with “photographers” chasing her down as she hides behind oversized shades and a short, Kris Jenner-esque wig. The fashion pictorial was shot back in May, with her beau Kayne West on the sidelines.

In the magazine, the 31-year-old opened up about her relationship with the rapper, admitting:

“Everyone is always watching me; I’m under constant observation. Everywhere I go, there’s a camera following me — in the gym, when I do the shopping. And if I decide to go out without makeup, it makes news throughout the world. This is why I don’t want to reveal anything about my relationship with Kanye.”

She added: “In the past, I suffered a lot because of my honesty, and when it didn’t work I was criticized and treated badly. I can only say that now, with him, I’m happy.”

And she’s not afraid to show it: on the L’Uomo Vogue set, Kardashian and 35-year-old West engaged in a little PDA, stealing a kiss between snaps.

Kanye West reportedly wants to start a family with girlfriend Kim Kardashian and can’t wait to see her pregnant.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have only been dating for a few months, but they are seriously thinking about their future, according to reports.

“They’re seriously talking marriage. And yes, she would accept his proposal,” a West pal told US Weekly.

The friend added: “Kanye says he can’t wait to see her carrying his child. He says she will look beautiful pregnant.”

Though to make that possible Kim has to first finalize her long, drawn out divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries.

However, Kardashian is also smitten with West.

“They are the real deal,” a confidante told US Weekly. “I’ve never seen her like this.”

But the rapper is ready to wait. In fact he patiently pursued Kim through her makeups and breakups until they began dating this spring.

West even admitted that he had been in love with Kim for some time in his song “Way Too Cold,” writes The Huff Post:

“And I admit I fell in love with Kim/’Round the same time she fell in love with him” the words were referring Kim and Humphries.

“They are the real deal. I’ve never seen her like this. He waited for Kim. He knows they’re meant to be,” the confidante said.

The rapper presented the 31-year-old reality star a with huge diamond ring as a sign of his love for her.

At the same time Kardashian also shows her affection by making grand romantic gestures.

Kanye was really blown away by his girlfriend’s surprise visit to Ireland, where he and Jay-Z were performing in concert for their world tour, for his 35th birthday and with the ($750,000) Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 she bought him as a gift.

Even Hollywood experts start thinking that Kim and Kanye are meant to be together.

“This is a good, good fit for her….” “Millionaire Matchmaker” Patti Stanger told Hollywood Life recently.

“They have the attraction, [Kanye's] got the money, he’s got the talent, [Kim's] got the money. She traded up for a change, and this is beyond [ex-boyfriend] Reggie [Bush]. It’s an equal fit, if not bigger.”

Sources tell us the relationship is "just starting." The two were photographed on their way out of a movie date to see "Hunger Games"  in NYC last night (above).

Apparently, Kanye has been after Kim for a while -- he just released a new song, "Theraflu" ... in which he says he had feelings for the reality star while she was dating Kris Humphries.

"And I admit I fell in love with Kim ... 'Round the same time she fell in love with him ... That's cool, babygirl, do your thing ... Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team."

Kanye is referring to Jay Z -- who owns the NJ Nets ... the team Humphries plays for.
